Secure Computing Systems Immune to Electromagnetic Interference in space

Our company recognizes the need for computing technologies which can be deployed into space and are not susceptible to the extreme electromagnetic (EM) radiation which exists beyond the Earth’s atmosphere. Current computers in space environments, which are based on electronics, must be protected from electromagnetic radiation via thick shields of steel, which is both bulky and very heavy, and yield a high cost per extra gram of weight.

There is a need in the space industry for a lightweight computer which is immune to the electromagnetic radiation present in space and does not require such an extensive metal shield. Optii Corp’s all-optical computer will be immune to the strong electromagnetic radiation which exists in space, beyond the Earth’s atmosphere and provides a lightweight solution for space exploration, satellites, and other space applications.
